Pudala stated the Planning Beard Votes would be <br /> available for reference at the Public Meeting, as well as being <br /> a matter- of public record after the Public- Hearing on August <br /> 19th. <br /> selectman Marsters requested the Board Secretary to inform <br /> the Planning Board in writing of the Public Meeting scheduled for <br /> August 27, 1998, and to invite all Board Members to attend. <br /> This was done per` letter dated August 19, 1998, with copies to <br /> Selectman Marsters and Mr. Whritenour, Executive Secretary. <br /> It was decided to include all Town Boards/Departments in an <br /> invitation to attend the Public meeting, <br /> Mr. Storrs stated MCLP would prepare an agenda for <br /> distribution at the Public- Meeting. <br /> Ms. Kane suggested the PublicPu-blic Meeting be video taped and/or <br /> televised. <br /> Mr. whritenour stated all arrangem nts for the meeting are <br /> to be made through the Department of Leisure S rvices. <br /> Committee members were- not in favor of M LP providing <br /> refreshments. <br /> onnittee members agreed to meet- at the High School at <br /> 6 : 30 p.m. in preparation of the August 27th Public Meeting. <br /> There was some discussion as to the date for scheduling the <br /> second Public meeting- -either September 17th or September 24th. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no -further Committee business to address, <br /> Selectman Marsters entertained a motion adjourn. <br /> MOTION: Robert Lynch made a motion to adjourn the meeting; <br /> g: <br /> which Motion was seconded by Sally Bola and so voted unanimously. <br />
