Ms. Kane commented that Mr,. Baker has invested quite a bit <br /> of time reviewing this matter, and that all correspondence has <br /> been addressed the Chairman of the Mashpee Commons Committee. <br /> Selectman Marsters stated he is in receipt of two o.f the <br /> three - letters in question. He then requested copies of all <br /> three letters from MS. Kane, copies of which were made for all <br /> Committee Members, as well as Mr. Storrs and Mr. Chace for the <br /> pur o e of having them addressed bar the appropriate Consultant prior to .the Public Meeting. <br /> At this point, Selectman Marsters made reference to a <br /> Memorandum addressed to Mr. 'hritenour/Selectman Marsters, from <br /> Greg Taylor, Director of Public works, ,doted August 7,, 19981 <br /> regarding Mashpee Commons Expansion/Tis hler A s-oci.ates Report. <br /> (Copies of lette rs from Mr. Baker , Mr. Taylor, and Mr.. <br /> Frederick are attached herewith and are to be cosiderd a part <br /> of the original document filed with the Town Clerk upon Committee <br /> approval of the Minutes. ) r <br /> For Committee Consideration: <br /> introduction by the Committee; <br /> Zoning Article Explanation and period by Thomas Fudala; <br /> MCLF Presentation oft the four Neighborhood ; <br /> Fiscal, wastewater and Traffic Reports; <br /> wrap-up; followed by a Question -and Answer Period-overall. <br /> Hard-out Material-s; <br /> conclude meeting. <br /> Mr. Chace asked Ms. Kane her opinion of the order .in which <br /> the three consultants should speak. Ms. Kane responded, Traffic, <br /> Fiscal, and wastewater (her opinion being the wastewater and <br /> fiscdl would generate the most interest) . <br /> selectman Mrsers suggested conducting some type of exiting <br /> survey, written comments, and/or an opportunity to address <br /> f <br /> unanswered questions at a later date. There was also some <br /> discussion regarding a second meeting. Consideration was also <br /> given to providing a break period during the Meeting. <br /> Slectma . Marsters further~ suggested this scheduled Public <br /> Meetin4 be -,advertised in the Mashpee Enterprise. <br /> Mr. Chace expressed concern with regard to cornmenting on the <br /> issue of wastewater, as the report has not yet been -provided. <br /> Mr. Storrs calculated he would be in receipt of summ' ar <br /> reports on as-tewatet and traffic by Thursday, August 20, 1998 . <br /> (There was some discussion regarding the hecessity of <br /> conducting a second meeting in order to address remaining <br /> concerns/questions. ) <br /> _ - <br />
