They are applying to ZBA <br /> again for lot size frontage and a special permit for a 4,500sf building for the new owner. The use <br /> will be office space. They repair appliances for customers at off-site locations. They hope to <br /> rent the rernaimm�g space. Richard stated they need to be ADA accessible on floors open to the <br /> Public. They will need affidavits as a controlled construction project. Sheldon has no concern <br /> with the turnaround. The building will need a fire alarm system but not sprinklers. The parking <br /> spaces need to be reduced to accommodate the runoff. They need to provide turnaround for the <br /> end parking spaces. They need to provide detail on the drainage sale. They need a lo' <br /> vegetated buffer on the SW side rear the s ale. Hazardous storage regulation will be rite n <br /> into the approval. Any new tenant will require a new permit and confumation of allowed use. <br /> Rodney asked for an emergency contact list. Catherine stated the Project will be subject to new <br /> erosion and sedimentation law. Sheldon re-quested a 1"-20' site plan to determine <br /> the turnaround. Rich requires controlled construction documentation and identification of <br /> industrial use and business types as they occupy. <br />
