They repair appliances for customers at off-site locations. They hope to <br /> rent the rernaimm�g space. Richard stated they need to be ADA accessible on floors open to the <br /> Public. They will need affidavits as a controlled construction project. Sheldon has no concern <br /> with the turnaround. The building will need a fire alarm system but not sprinklers. The parking <br /> spaces need to be reduced to accommodate the runoff. They need to provide turnaround for the <br /> end parking spaces. They need to provide detail on the drainage sale.
