Toni stated 95 for parking spaces meets the requirement but could be small for pickup trucks, <br /> which makes knowing the use important. They are figuring on maximum office space to base the <br /> number of parking spaces. They are short the 10' buffer requirement in some areas. Sheldon <br /> requires H20 load system, sprinklers, fire alarm systems, and a 1"-20' site plan to do ung <br /> radius template. Rich rewires controlled construction documentation and individual use and <br /> business types as they occupy. Glen requires the reserve area to be built out now using a fast <br /> system. There are limits on storage of hazardous materials. Cathefine requires a stormwater <br /> system plan and durnpster plus separate container for cardboard. Rodney suggested a locking <br /> mechanism on the dumpsters and an emergency contact list. Each new tenant will need approval <br /> from the building and health departments. They need to file with the Planning Board. Glen <br /> expressed concern about inadequate number of bathrooms and the wastewater system needs to be <br /> designed for maximum possible use. Bornstein will provide the plans Glen requires. Then the galls will mostly stay put. They want to redesign the <br /> building for maximum potential uses. They are scheduled for Design Review on February 9 ' and <br /> Planning Board on February 15th.
