Fire Department <br /> recommends a road around the structure, and a staircase in the center of the building to <br /> accommodate hand lines and easier means of egress. Currently they are showing two staircases at <br /> opposite ends of building. Fire wall separation needs to be 1/2 hour, and separation between <br /> floors needs to be l hour. A code analysis needs to be done on the sprinklers. Police 'Would like a <br /> keyed entry system to access individual units. A Tv monitor is being considered as an option for <br /> security. Sheldon raised concerns about the throw from the parking lot and roof pitch. They can <br /> change the pitch 671 <br /> and extend the parting lot on the left of the building more to the rear. They <br /> are seeking a waiver from Z A on the roof height and pitch. The pavement reeds to be able to <br /> hold a heavy truck (75,000 lbs) on pads. Toni <br /> asked about fire lanes and a crop off zone out front of the building for the bus stop. They may <br /> need a pedestrian light on Rte 28 for bus pickup heading to Hyannis.
