This project will require a zoning variance for setback from the <br /> water/wetlands. They want higher moorings for floats and slips for better storm protection. <br /> Steve stated that the fill mitigation is going to be an issue with ConCom and the Wetlands <br /> Protection Act. The floating concrete will resemble Kingman and Sand i h f arinas.
