Handicap access is feasible on lard packed gravel, and there are two switchbacks on the dock. Sheldon confirmed 2,750 sf for the structure. Sheldon recon mends hiring a fire protection engineer. There are fuel tank rules and sprinkler system requirements. They will be working on boats inside the building. This project will require a zoning variance for setback from the water/wetlands. They want higher moorings for floats and slips for better storm protection. Steve stated that the fill mitigation is going to be an issue with ConCom and the Wetlands Protection Act.
