They are hooked into Town water. <br /> They have converted from a three-bedroom to a two-bedroom ranch with a one-bedroom <br /> apartment. They are on a full foundation. There appear to be no onm' g issues. There is ample <br /> parking on site. They must comply with cent smoke detector and COrequirements for new <br /> construction and provide two means of egress. They need to be l ' from the septic and 20' from <br /> the leaching pit. There will be less <br /> than 25 employees. A second level exists. They plan to store stone outside and speciality <br /> lumber. The Fire Chief stated that the lumber storage may require a permit and fire protection or <br /> perhaps limit the amount they store. The storage needs to be reviewed for use group and layout <br /> to determine if they need fire protection or a threshold for storage. A fire and septic inspection is <br /> requ ed. <br />
