Issues of concern were brought up at Design Review. Allowed use. <br /> Board of Health: Add hand sink and floor drains @ kitchen area. <br /> Town Planner:No issues.Allowed use. <br /> DPW:No comment <br /> Conservation:No comment. <br /> Town Manager's Office:No comment. - <br /> Fire Department: Any interior signage interfering with sprinlers will require adjustment of heads. <br /> OK <br /> 103 INDUSTRIAL DRIVE; <br /> Building Department;Need to know construction type. Height and area and proposed use groups for buildings. _ <br /> Board of Health; Site plan should include contractual agreement for drainage swale maintenance.
