And each dog to be <br /> tethered to the concrete pad with % inch grade 8 chain and hardware. <br /> 14. Pit Bull dogs shall be seen by a town approved Veterinarian quarterly, (4 <br /> times a year) and a report issued to the Town to ensure these pit bulls have not <br /> been used in any type of fighting arena and to assess temperament. <br /> 15. Kennel shall be heated to ensure comfort of pit bulls in winter <br /> 16. Since proposed location of pit bull kennel is more than 260 feet from the rear <br /> of house, a surveillance camera and alarm system shall be installed in the kennel <br /> area so as to ensure that the pit bulls are not removed by unauthorized persons, <br /> and they are all accounted for. This alarm system shall be installed and <br /> maintained by a professional company such as Brinks, ADT, etc. <br /> 17.
