No more than six (6) dogs allowed in this kennel at any time including puppies <br /> 2. This kennel shall be built with an 8 foot chain link fence around it trenched into <br /> the earth a minimum of 2 feet anchored in concrete. <br /> 3. The lot shall be then enclosed with an eight (8) foot tail stockade fence around <br /> the entire perimeter. <br /> 4. No more than 2 dogs are to be out of the kennel at any time. <br /> 5. When the dogs are out of the kennel a muzzle is mandated. <br /> 6 . As the pit bulls pass on, they may not be replaced until the quantity is no more <br /> than 3. <br /> 7. An insurance certificate is required through a surplus line of insurance such <br /> as Lloyds of London or Scottsdale etc., that states the mortgage company and the <br /> insurance company are aware that there are 6 pit bulls on the property along with <br /> a kennel and that each dog is insured for a minimum of $1,000,000/$2,000,000 <br /> total aggregate liability and medical cost coverage should one or more of these <br /> pit bulls escape and cause physical harm or death. <br /> 8. This insurance certificate shall be forwarded to the Clerks office on a quarterly <br /> basis (4 times a year) to prevent cancellation of the policy. Failure to provide <br /> certificate of insurance to the Town will result in immediate confiscation of said <br /> Pit bulls and revocation of kennel license. <br /> 9. Inspections can be performed at any time without prior notice to the owners by <br /> either Police, Zoning, or Board of Health as deemed necessary to ensure proper <br /> health and containment and dog quantity. <br /> 10. All pit bulls are to be either spayed or neutered. <br /> 11. No breeding of these pit bulls may be allowed. <br /> 12. To ensure that the applicants/owners of these pit bulls are responsible <br /> members of the community, a favorable CORI must be presented by both <br /> applicants. Should a criminal history be revealed by this CORI on either <br /> applicant, this kennel must be denied. <br />
