Regan — Hemlock Drive <br /> Richard Stevens called the meeting to order at 9 a.m. <br /> 39 Nobsa Road <br /> Sandra Farrell <br /> Reauest for hone office (counseling business <br /> r' <br /> Sandra and James Farrell appeared. Sandra Farrell addressed the meeting saying. <br /> She runs a private practice from her home; has a degree in psychology; and is state certified in <br /> drug and alcohol counseling. <br /> She does not take any insurance so her clients pay out-of-pocket. She said as a result most of <br /> her clients are middle-income to upper middle-income category. Ms. Farrell said people on <br /> MassHe lth or without insurance usually go to an agency. <br /> She doesn't do anything with medications and has no drugs on the premises. <br /> • She interviews.people on the phone or they come to her house. About 20% of her business is <br /> substance abuse; 10% is anxiety or depression; and the remainder is relationship issues. <br /> Attached to the printed set of these minutes is a client count breakdown prepared by Ms. <br /> Farrell and read by her to the Committee. <br /> Ms. Farrell said she got a business certificate in February. <br /> Ms. Farrell said she has counseled for 26 years and never had any complaints against her. <br />
