The people who come to her are parking
on Hemlock.
o Noise factor at night with people coming out at 9 p.m. Wfth group meetings, more than 5 cars
are parked.
o Parked cars frequently block the corner of Nobska/ emlock and Ms. Cabral concerned
arbuiancefire vehicles could not get through.
o Lot of complaints..-everybody parking on Nobska since no one used Hemlock because of poor
road conditions.
Sandra Farrell commented she doesn't have large group session, but Ills. Cabral and Ms.
Regan pointed out that group session is advertised in the paper and wbsite.
Rose M. Regan stated:
o She lives adjacent to the Farrell's house,
o On the website it says no more than 8 women at a.time for group session, but parking on
Hemlock only hes room for 3 cars.
f n't it illegal to park on the street'?
0 People in and out at :30-9:40 at night.
o Area is residential, not commercial.
