Capital Improvement Program Schedule <br /> 2. Project Request Forms (3) <br /> . Capital Improvement Programs. Summary Form <br /> You are reminded to tale great care in requesting any capital items that you feel willbe- <br /> needed over the next sic years. Capital improvements that have not been part of the <br /> planning process will not be supported. For this reason it is critically important to show <br /> multi-year planning for all capital improvements. <br /> When preparing capital requests, please remember that this.is an update of our existing <br /> program. ale it is cr*tica1 that you place a request now for any capital items you will <br /> need over the next six years,please do-not expect to he successful in funding many first <br /> time requests in the early years of the program. At this point, any larger items for <br /> consideration in the earlier years should have been withus for some time. <br /> Also, please spend an adequate amount of time researching and preparing your Project <br /> Request Forms in order to provide a more complete justification of each individual <br /> project. Attach as much information as is necessary for the Committee's full <br /> understanding of your request. <br />
