Following lengthy discussion: <br /> • Joyce said they can do some legwork and get numbers as to building/design costs involved. <br /> • George faker to contact architect to get idea of costs/fining from that aspect. <br /> • Proposal is building will be one floor with a basement and traditional_ attic. <br /> • Recommendation is that C-t-P request should be for$2.1 Million to corer water pike that may be <br /> needed since, for example,parts of Red Brook Road does not have water. <br /> Motion: Iry Goldberg motioned that Planning and Construction Comnittee recommend$2.1 <br /> Million be budgeted as a debt exclusion bond item for the Fire Substation;Steve Cook seconded the <br /> motion; and it was unanimously passed. <br /> Chief Baker exited the meeting. <br /> athenne Laurent-DPW <br /> Catherine Laurent addressed the Comrndttee saying DPW was requesting$1.6 Million bond for a storage <br /> garage at DPW.
