Finned Tube Radiation: we recommend that the existing thermostats and control valves for <br /> the radiation be replaced. The thermostats controlling unit heaters should also be replaced. <br /> . Basement Air Handling Unit: we recommend that the control's for the air handling unit be <br /> replaced. The position oft the outdoor of damper should also be set to a minimum position, <br /> as the basement area is no longer occupied. <br /> 7. Building Ventilation: As previously noted, the perimeter rooms in all areas of the building <br /> relay on operable windows as the source of outdoor air. We recommend that air duality <br /> testing be performed in the building to determine if the air quality 1s within acceptable limits. <br /> If it is not, we would recommend that mechanical ventilation systems be installed to supply <br /> outdoor air to the perimeter areas of the building. <br /> .
