By middle of Aprfl we wifl have cost analysis back and then decisions will.have to he made.' <br /> Catherine distributed a copy of the Subcommittee March 5 meeting minutes. These were previewed by the <br /> Committee and are attached to the printed set of these minutes. <br /> Catherine advised that the existing library building has to be eained before it's taken down to detect <br /> hazardous materials, if any. <br /> Steve said that rT issues for the new library building are beim worked on by David DelVecchio and he <br /> will come back with equipment needs. <br /> Looking at Security cameras-for the building,but Catherine cautioned that if there's a budget shortage <br /> then the cameras would be done but would be delayed. <br /> The consensus of the Committee was that they were pleased; it looks great. <br /> r Location...Catherine informed the Committee that 2 bids were received but both were over <br /> I <br /> our budget. Joyce.Manson and Catherine met today with South Cape Village, one of the bidders, and they <br /> will lease for a flat fee of$65 . library to be in the South Cape'Village location by June 1 . Library <br /> still responsible for utidities. Sheriff's group and DPW will do the move. Catherine said the nit step <br /> would be to coordinate everything for the move. Move will probably be raid-May. Cathie to check t <br /> see if residents can volunteer to help in the move or would this be a liability issue's <br /> Catherine comiented that naming rights is something that should be coordinated between Friends of the <br /> Mashpee Library and the Library Trustees.
