Library Pro pct continued Cleric of the worts...Rik Pornroy addressed the Committee saying that he has given a lot of thought and talked with several people on this topic. He said as Project Manager he would be managing the Clerk on 100%of the project. Rick said he thinks the most advantageous way is for hires to do it himself and if things should change thea he'd come back to the Committee. Janice Mi I Is asked: bill you be here full time? Rick responded"yep'. The consensus of the Committee was that this would be okay but if Rick does proceed to hire a Clerk of the works then he should come back to the Committee before proceeding to hire anyone. Invoices...Following invoices were submitted for approval for payment: • $400.00—Pornroy Associates • 2,000.00- CLAMS Motion: Janice Mills motioned that the 2 invoices presented be accepted for payment; Irving Goldberg seconded this motion; and It was unanimously approved. Rick Pomroy and Nancy Soderberg exited the meeting at 7:50 p.m. Friel}Depot Catherine advised that contractor scheduled to come to DPW and start some of the site orlc1.onday. They will have 1.0,000 gallon tank...7,000 regular; 3,000 diesel. Town Hall hoof Catherine said they are expecting bids for asphalt shingle roof tomorrow;they are hoping Selectmen will go mead and award the contract on Monday. She said in Capital FY08 budget$70,000 had been approved for the 2 roofs. Janice said she noticed the trine on this Town Miall building in bad shape. Catherine said as part of the roof work they are going to replace the dormers, etc. Solar Panels...Catherine said rather than at Senior Center they are looping at doing the solar panels at Town Hall since higher amount of electricity used here.
