Fire Station No. o Current Progress—The electrical contractor has completed the majority of the outstanding items and PA has recommended the release of Pay App . Several items remain to be completed and are covered under the balance of payment of$3,000.00. o LW Bills — The 800mgz radio and low band antenna were installed today and operational. 1 lashpee needs to get the TTNA phone line for the Zetron system to work. o Turnover Documents—Waiting for EV to finish compiling the documents. o Contractor I CAM Reports — PA has completed I CAM reports and will forward to DCAM and copy to each contractor. o Technology/Computers—No new information from DD. . o Vehicle Exhaust Recovery System — Shop drawings have been approved and work is expected to begin in 3 to 4 weeks.The contract electrician will need to be hired for connections. o Furnishing — GB indicates that some of the furnishings will be delivered next week and the last of the furnishings in approx 3 weeks. o window Shades—No new information. o Project Changes—No new changes. o Project Budget—No new changes. o Open Issues at This Time—Done at this time. o outstanding Issues—None at this time. o Project Invoices—None at this time. o Open Discussion P mroy Associates—Project Update—Fire- 10/28/08 Meeting Agenda Page 1 of 1
