• HVAC (D.D.S. Industries)—Bid forms appear to be complete and in order. DCAM file was reviewed and appears to be very good. Arg DCAM rating—96. It should be noted that we have received a znoti e of intent to protest the low bid by the second lowest bidder (Superior Sheet Fetal) under the grounds that D.D.S.'s DCAM certification is not valid due to a licensing requirement. Town Counsel has reviewed this natter and bas advised us to proceed with the award to the GC with D.D.S. as the HVAC Filed-Sub Bid at this dime.The spread between the low bid and second bid is$75,060.00. The reference checks were establisbed from a random selection of DCAM projects.
