. Brick Pavers—Brick donation pavers and the research necessary for the committee is not a traditional OPM responsibility. On
behalf ofthe project, we have researched and reviewed options, searched out a vendor, estimated the cost and provided a
summary report for the committee to use In the implementation of the brick paver program. We performed this service to move
this issue along so as to not delay our progress or lose the opportunity for the program. Please consider this as a no cost chap e
to the project.
7. Photovoltaic System—The PV system was an add to the project during design. 1 think that vire can all agree that this system has
been a big benefit for the project and its ultimate success. Through the LEER Additional Services, PA has been compensated
for assisting in the rebate application process. This compensation was based more on oversight and covered 1 hour of OPM time
and 4 hours of Administration time.As vire all know, the PV system has talon on a life ofits own and PA has had to become far
m
-
m re involved with the design, application and surely the start-up and documentation components ofthis system. Just through
ugh
the application process alone we can recognize well over 40 hours of our time. I am sure that we will spend an equal amount of
time during start-up/documentation/final rebate. Please consider this as a no cost change to the project.
S. Book Security System —Similar to the PV system, this is an acid to the project. We have spent a good amount of time on this
fact finding, problem solving and coordinating up to this point. Assuming that Mashpee tales the ball and runs with it from here
and handles all aspects going forward, then please consider this as a no cost change to the project. However, if PA reeds t
carry this through then we would like to feel comfortable keeping our hours on this for future discussion.
Surer
1. Design Extension—55 hrs @a $13 . 0hr and 22 hrs @a $55.00 $83635.00
2. M LP Coordination— 135 hrs @a $135.00/hr $15,225.00
. Bid Protest No Charge
. Additional Meetings No Charge
. Brick Pavers No Charge
. PV System No Charge
7.
