May 09 Activities — Sub-committee meetings were held on 5/14 and 5/28 and JSR conducted a furnishings <br /> meeting on 5/12 with the Sub-committee. Material submittals continue but are near 100% complete, Interior <br /> mechanical rough-ins continued on both floors and the exterior studs and sheathing were completed during the <br /> month. Spray fire proofing was installed for the interior structural steel. The electric primary was completed <br /> very early in the month and no other site work was completed during the month. The project sign was installed. <br /> 2.. Projected Tune 09 Activities— Sub-committee meetings to he held on 6/11 and 6/25 and furnishing meetings <br /> are scheduled on or about and 6/22. We expect to see the roof blocking, plywood, air harrier, insulation <br /> panels and asphalt shingles installed during the month. we also expect to see the air barrier installed on the <br /> side walls and masonry started. The plumbing, HVAC and electrical roughs will continue on the inside of the <br /> building.we are looping for all underground site utilities to be completed by the end of the month. <br /> . Construction Schedule— The contractor is currently in line with the construction schedule, however we feel <br /> that some areas of work have slipped a bit which may affect the schedule down the road, we have requested <br /> that Bufftree review their current status and prepare "Make-up Schedule""to address the areas of concern. We <br /> expect this revised schedule at our next Construction Meting scheduled for 6/l/09. <br /> 4. LEER—Deceived updates from JSR at the 5/14109 meeting, All design related information has been imported <br /> into the LEED program files. PA is documenting all on site LEED items and forwarding to JSR. No PV rebate <br /> information has been received back yet from Comm. Solar. <br /> . M LP Coordination—leo new issues. <br /> . Project Changes --- Seo attached PCO/CO report. Deed to move forward on ## , 46 and 98. Also need to be <br /> prepared to act quickly 911 and 412. <br /> 7. Book Management System — See attached layout and estimate. Final coordination meeting to be held on <br /> 612109. Millwork elements transmitted to JSR for inclusion in shop drawing review. Dene' Read to finalize and <br /> issue bidding documents, <br /> . Project Budget—See current Budget Deport. <br /> . Building Security System — Team completed first coordination meeting with Cape Cod ,Alarm for the <br /> building security system. <br /> 10. Furniture Design—JSR completed its third furnishings meeting with the Sub-committee on 5112109. Physical <br /> samples to be made available for final selections of several items.
