Fire Substation <br /> athermne Laurent provided an update on the Fire Substation saying she went to ISA to buy <br /> miscellaneous furnishings, such as the lamps,etc., and the items cost about$1,050. Catherine said with <br /> these costs,the furnishings budget has about$12,000 balance left. Catherine said the last piece o <br /> furniture to be purchased will be a unit to hold the TV equipment,etc. Also,they have a o proposal to <br /> correct the phone system. Catherine said the 2 rain barrels were installed at the Fire Substation. <br /> Invoice...Invoice from Cape Cod Fitness in the amount of S3,3 3 4 for exercise equipment was submitted <br /> for approval. - <br /> Motion: Irving Goldberg motioned that the Cape Cod Fitness invoice presented be accepted for <br /> payment; Sheldon Gilbert seconded this motion-, and it was unanimously approved. <br /> t <br /> Discussion <br /> Security Ca meras..Catherine said she is setting up a meeting with the Police Chief on this. <br /> Energy Committee...Committee asked whether or not proposals from Energy Committee will be <br /> presented to Planning and Construction Committee.
