July 09 Activities—Sub-committee meetings were held on 719 and 7130 and JSR conducted a final furnishings <br /> meetings on 7/2, and 7/15 with the Sub-committee. Material submittals are near complete for the entire <br /> project. Progress for the month consisted of a completion of the exterior framing, sheathing andair barrier <br /> system. The air barrier system was also tested and passed the design requirements.The masonry began towards <br /> the end of the month and all masonry materials are on site. The roof panels were covered with the builders felt. <br /> INSTAR was on site and installed its primary cabling from Steeple Street to the transformer vault. winders <br /> were delivered and installation began. The interior rough-ins for mechanical, plumbing and fire protection <br /> continue and the electrical components on the interior walls have been cleared by the electrical inspector to be � <br /> installed i.e.;building is becoming weather tight). <br /> 2. Projected August 09 Activities — A sub-committee mittee meeting will be held on 8/20. we expect to see the <br /> furnishing bidding documents out for bidding during the month. The roof blocking will be completed during <br /> the month and shingling will have started; masonry should be approximately % complete by the end of the <br /> month; all remaining windows will have been installed;tarn arra siding will be under way and we expect to see <br /> the cupola installed; the remaining interior partitions will be complete during the month and l uff rcc's goal is <br /> to begin sh etr ck by September 1. <br /> . Construction Schedule — Provided that interior drywall begins on September 1, l uffkree will be exactly 1 <br /> month behind schedule lased upon their original schedule. we feel that it will be obtainable for then to make <br /> this time up over the next several months. Buffiree will be providing us with a revised, or"'make-up"' schedule <br /> at our August 20th meeting.. <br /> 4. Schedule of Sub-committee Meetings — Discussion on changing the timing of the meeting and reducing to <br /> once per month or on an as-needed basis. <br /> . DEED —No new LEEI information at this time. A USCG clarification request was answered by JR on July <br /> 24'h and JR indicates that the USGC has 15 days (August 14'x`) to get back to us. The ISA has already <br /> indicated that1hey may exceed this date due to work load. <br /> . MCLS' Coordination — MCLP will install its curbing and Steeple Street work starting sometime after Labor <br /> ]day. The Team has agreed on installation procedure .'The NSTAR transformer mer arca preparation has been. <br /> agreed to and MCLP will begin this preparation work shortly. There will be an area of curbing along our <br /> entrance drive at the North end of the site which will have to be left out for INSTAR access. See attached <br /> sketch. <br /> 7. Project Changes— See attached PCO/CO PCO/COreport. Presentation ofC .
