Fire Substation# <br /> Invoice...Catherine Laurent submitted I Staples invoice for approval for$199.80 to buy'4 phones for the <br /> Fire Substation#2 building. Catherine said the building has a 2-11ne phone system;these 4 phones will <br /> provide additional 4 lines, <br /> Motion: Janice Mills motioned that the Staples invoice presented be accepted for payment; Irving <br /> Goldberg seconded this motion; and it was unanimously approved. <br /> Final_Building Prot Budget...Catherine provided the Committee with the final tally budget report on <br /> the Fire Substation#2 building project. The end tally shows that the project carne in $238,013.55 under <br /> budget. The Committee was very pleased with this result. Janice Mills said someone should alert the <br /> gess to this good news.
