August 09 Activities -- Sub-committee meetings were held on 816 and 8/20. Material submittals are now <br /> complete for the entire project. Progress for the month consisted of; the masonry is now approximately % <br /> complete; the electrical transformer,primaries and secondary's have been installed; air barrier 100% complete; <br /> roof panels and edge blocking complete; all windows have been installed; mechanical, electrical,plumbing and <br /> fire protection rough-ins complete and inspected; the interior walls have been frarned and the soffits are under <br /> way; the interior hollow metal door frames have been installed; all exterior plywood sheathing has been <br /> installed and the fascia trim is under way; the cupola was delivered and a test fit was performed; and all <br /> interior fire stopping was completed. <br /> 2.. Projected September 09 Activities — A sub-committee meetings are scheduled for 3 and 8/20. Fire <br /> Department walk-throughs were completed on 9/1 and 9/2; interior drywall will be completed; the cupola will <br /> be installed; exterior trim roof shingles and flashing; exterior caulking and shingles; elevator installation; site <br /> work will regain momentum; and Cape Cod alarm will complete the pre-wiring. <br /> . Construction Schedule—Bufftree provided a revised construction schedule at today's meeting. They feel that <br /> they will have'no problem meeting the January 8, 2010 Substantial Completion deadline. The building should <br /> thea be 100% complete with all punch list and turnover items by February 1, 20 10. r <br /> 4. Johnson Roberts—Status with design changes on project, meeting with Town Counsel, discussion. <br /> . Project Changes — See attached PCO/CO PCO/COreport. Presentation of recommended items for CO #4. Discussion <br /> n new and open PC 's. <br /> . Boob Management System—The 3M contract has been issued and PA is coordinating with 3M at this point. <br /> 7. LLL —The USGC response has Borne bat to our application. JR presented an update to the Sub-Comm on <br /> 813.Discussion on results and any actions. <br /> . M LP Coordination —MCLP will install its curbing and Steeple Street work starting sometime after Labor <br /> Day. MCLP has prepared the transformer area and NSTAR transformer has been installed. <br /> . Library Phone System—Update <br /> 10. Furniture Design—Update <br /> 11. M PL P — Monthly reports are being submitted timely and no issues to report.
