'September 09 Activities -- Sub-committee meetings were held on and 9122. Progress for the month <br /> consisted of;we saw progress on the masonry, shingle siding,trim systems,and trim painting. The PV brackets <br /> and PV roof panels have been installed and the cupola was also installed. The site contractor began its final <br /> grading and forming of the site in preparation for curbing, sidewalks, pavement and landscaping. The site light <br /> pole bases have been installed and the gas service is complete. The interiors continue to move at a good pace <br /> and drywall is approximately 95% complete on the first floor and 0% complete on the second floor. Painting <br /> has begun on the first floor and the ceiling systems are being installed. Cape Cod Alarm (owner vendor) has <br /> been on site installing their rough wiring and the storefront entry systems have been installed. The contractor <br /> has made excellent progress for the month and rough system inspections as well as the above the ceiling <br /> inspections have been completed by the Project MEEP engineers, All municipal inspections are current as well. <br /> l lashpee Fire completed 3 orientation walkthroughs during the monthand Inspector Clifford completed a <br /> general inspection on 919109.leo issues were noted. <br /> . Projected October 09 Activities — Sub-committee meetings are scheduled for 10115 and 10/29. we expect <br /> that all site work will be completed during this month which would the landscaping. The final pavement coat <br /> will be completed in mid-November. All exterior finishes will be completed by the end of the month. With <br /> respect to the interior of the building; we would expect that all drywall systems are complete and that the <br /> installation of millwork is beginning by the end of the month. we expect that all utilities will be active by the <br /> end of the month as well. <br /> . Con truction Schedule—No issues to report. Substantial Completion is expected by January 8, 2010 and fall <br /> building turnover by February 1, 2010. <br /> . Project Granges—See attached KUM report. Presentation of CO #4. Discussion on new and open PC 's. <br /> . Book Management System — Additional work station was added to 3M contract. Original contract was <br /> $49,182.00. Revised contract is now $51,587.00. All millwork coordination is complete. Nothing more we <br /> reed to doing at this point until install of the system. Conversion station is being delivered to Helene on <br /> 12/l/09. All other components will be shipped to the temp Library no later than January 30'h. <br /> . LEER—Appeal has been submitted for rejected points.Appeal fee was $1,000.00 rather than$1,500.00. , <br /> 7. 11CLP Coordination — MLP will install its curbing on the east side of the property the week of 10/26, <br /> Steeple Street widening work and curbing will begin the end of week of 10/12. Steeple Street pavement binder <br /> will go down 10/22.
