Marra ement Team Present Richard Po roy[ ],Taylor MacDonald I ]. Agenda 1. January 2010 Activities — Sub-committee meetings were held on 1/7 and 1/21. Construction meetings were held on 1/7, 1115 and 1/21. PA conducted coordination meetings l ashpee signage vendor on 1/7 and IT on 1779 1115 and 1/21. 1rlashpee's phone vendor was on site on 1/14 to install their rack gear. Mashpee Fly perforin d Fire Alarm inspection on 1121 and Verizon began its cabling on 1/21. Progress for the month consisted of; EXTERIOR—No work other than infill of brick pavers at North entrance and the North entrance Mashpee Public Library lettering was installed. INTERIOR — The interior finishes continued while the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were completed tested and started up. The Owner's alarm system components and wireless antenna were installed,the fire alarm was tested and certified, the elevator was completed and will be inspected on 1/28, the HVAC system was completed, tested and balanced, the boiler flue was lowered and all remaining millwork items were delivered and the majority installed. Punch list inspections began on 1/22 and will carry through to the fiat week in February. The Certificate ofOccupancy is expected on Friday 1729/1 . The first delivery of Owner furnishings was completed on 1120 and installation of the Children's stack shelving took place. The second floor shelving was also delivered and stored in the 1"floor lobby waiting for the elevator to become active. Milestones for the end of this month are; 1727 - Verizon and Carousel to complete phone lire install ars activate service, 1/28 — Final elevator inspection and final fire alarm inspection, punch lists, 1/29 — All 2�d floor stags get shipped up to 2d floor, Substantial Completion established. . Projected February 2010 Activities — Sub-committee meetings are scheduled for 214 and 21 . burinthe month of February we expect that all construction r1 and punch list will b 100% complete y Feb 15 t and the building completely turned over to Mashpee by mid month. The remaining Owner training for the H A , Electrical and Photovoltaic Systems will be completed during the month. We expect Owner's furnishings to ramp up during the month and expect to be 0%complete with the furnishings install by the end of the month. Also, during February FA will be putting the finishes touches on the turn-over packages for the owner. . Construction Schedule—The contractor will meet the new January 29ffi Substantial Completion deadline and will be 100%complete by mid February 2010. . Substantial Completion./Certificate of occupancy — Substantial Completion will be obtained by January 29th. As soon as the Occupancy Permit is issued a copy will be delivered to Joyce Mason for implementation of the building insurance and for all intensive purposes the building will be under the operation of the Town. we will not accept the turnover of the building until all systems are 100% complete and signed off on by the engineers and the training sessions have been successfully completed.
