Shelving Issues <br /> 0 Helene advised that the Technical Librarian and the Children's Librarian were at the new building <br /> and they felt that the shelving was skimpy. While they were here,Tucker was also in the building <br /> and told them where shelving could be added, <br /> • Doors have to be added to the open shelving in the children's area, <br /> • Children's Librarian said she has enough room to hold 3 bags in current location; shelving here is <br /> inadequate. <br /> Steve Cook said they will get pricing on doing the extra shelving. <br /> Invoices <br /> The following 10 invoices were submitted for approval for payment. Rick recommended that the <br /> Committee approve the Buffiree invoice but Rick will hold the check until Enid-month. Joe Krait and <br /> Gene Smargon volunteered. <br /> n W Updates <br /> Senior Center and Town Hall...RFP to go out 2 weeks from today(March 10 for solar photovoltaic <br /> systems for Senior Center and Town Hall. Iry Goldberg voiced his concern about putting solar panels on <br /> the Senior Center roof because he said the roof wasn't designed for solar panels. <br /> Energy Efficiency and Block Grant LB BQ ...$15 0,000 grant received for Solar panels on the high <br /> 1 <br /> school, <br /> Green Communities Application...Application going to the State by end of next week and make u <br /> eligible for up to One Million dollars. End of May is deadline for ding this application, but we want to <br /> get in line early. <br /> Wind Spires...Catherine said the contract was awarded and we're shooting for May installation. <br /> Conflict of Interest Law...The Committee was again reminded by Catherine that the on-line training has <br /> to be done by April and the certificate handed in to Human Resources. Catherine said if certificate given <br /> to her at next meeting, she'll deliver to Human Resources. <br />
