March 2010 Activities— Sub-committee meetings were held on 314 and 3/18. No construction meetings were <br /> . held.During the month of March all interior punch list Mems were completed by l of ree and its subs. The last <br /> furniture delivery was received on 318 and the LEED flush-out operation began on March 1 Oth and will be <br /> 100%complete on April 2nd. Also during the month the Owner's furniture and equipment was installed in the <br /> building. See the attached Action Log for a better description of the items completed during the month and <br /> current remain ng items. <br /> 2. Construction Schedule—, . <br /> The only remaiming areas f work are the exterior components which could not b <br /> completed last year. The contractor has begun this work and will continue as weather permits.we are planning <br /> on a final punch list inspection for the end of this week/first part of net week. After which the contractor will <br /> finish all work. <br /> 3. Owner System Training—All s stern training is now complete. <br /> 4. Turn-Over Documentation — PA continues to collect the documentation as it becomes available from <br /> ufftree and Johnson-Roberts. The as-built documentation is being assembled and we are still waiting for <br /> warrantee documents and a few lingering other items. All-ire-all we would say that we are in excellent shape <br /> and expect to have everything wrapped up within the next few weeks. FYI, we are holding,funds from the <br /> contractors until we have everything. <br /> . r ,jet Changes—Presentation Change Order . <br /> . Book Management System -- 3M Book Management System is installed and operating. The final CLAMS <br /> network connection and training will occur shortly.David DeWecchio is handling this phase. <br /> 7. PV Rebate—The PV system is up and operational.The rebate will b -submitted by the end of this week. <br /> . DEED — Building flush-out began on 3110/10 and will be complete on 4/2/10. All final LEED submission <br /> documentation to be downloaded to LEED next week and all documentation will be 100%complete by 4/5/10. <br /> 9. 1 I LP Coordination—No new inf rnation. <br /> 1 . - All F&E items have been delivered with exception for the podium, which is expected any day, 1 <br /> Child's chair was returned because it was damaged and the David Edwards lounge chairs in the Children's area <br /> were manufactured turd incorrectly and are being replaced.
