Use of Events/Conferenceā€˛Rooms at Libra <br /> Steve Cook asked whether anything was being done in regard to the use of the Everts.doom and the <br /> Conference loom at the Library. Catherine said they have to sit down with the Library Trustees t <br /> discuss policy,fees, etc. <br /> Nancy Soderberg addressed the meeting and said that the Library Trustees discussed this topic at their <br /> meeting last night and are very concerned about this and will pull together as much information as <br /> possible looking at issues such as fees;do nonprofit groups pay; security concerns; etc. Catherine <br /> mentioned to Nancy that the Town and Trustees should discuss. Catherine also mentioned that policies <br /> have been established for other town buildings and that, for instance,the school pol icy is everyone pays <br /> but for a nonprofit they may cover the room fee but'any costs to be incurred by the town are paid by the <br /> nonprofit group. <br /> Capital Needs Assessment <br /> Catherine Laurent reported that the contract with Pommy was signed and Pomroy to start next'eek. <br /> Catherine said they feel they will have a report sometime in the Fall. <br /> A iourn- n .Sheldon Gilbert motioned the meeting be adjourned; Irving Goldberg seconded the <br /> motion;and it was unanimously passed.
