Eugene Smargon,abstain. <br /> Joe gait,yes. <br /> Old Business <br /> Catherine Laurent provided updates on HVAC projects at KC Coombs School and police <br /> Station...projects all finished just have punch list for the extra filters that were suppose to be provided. <br /> The projects were funded 0%by Green Communities in the amount of$170,000. <br /> Catherine advised that the Chamber of Commerce lighting was completed by Cape Light Compact. <br /> New Business <br /> "own Hall HVAC Project <br /> Catherine said Cape Light Compact came in to tale a look at.Town:ball building. They are going to fund <br /> 100%of the new HVAC system. They will be ging in the air handling unit;the chiller;putting in <br /> thermostats for all of its spaces;and putting ire efficiency drives for the circulating pumps for the HVAC <br /> system. Total estimated cost was$ o,000+. Result is this won't have to come out of capital budget. <br /> Cape Light Compact won't tie in boilers because they are gas. <br /> High School WeigbIffixercise Room Project <br /> Shool got a grant for new weight equipment. As part of the grant they have to have room available for <br /> more use. School proposes putting a larger opening between 2 rooms so both spaces can be monitored b <br /> one person. School is going to pay an outside contractor to do the work. <br />
