OOC 43-2947. The proposed addition that's <br /> behind the garage will be a little bit smaller. No change to the septic. <br /> Motion: Brad Sweet moved to accept the Administrative Approval to 53 Godfrey Road. <br /> Seconded by Mr. Smith. Vote 6-0 <br /> ADDITIONAL TOPICS <br /> (This space is reserved for topics that the Chairman did not reasonably anticipate would be <br /> discussed). <br /> Herring Runs <br /> The Agent gave an update on the herring runs. Marine Fisheries did some maintenance last week <br /> on all three herring runs and now we have herring coming up all three rivers. <br /> Enforcement Order <br /> The Agent gave an update on the enforcement order discussed last week for 24 Wheelhouse Lane <br /> which was a Certificate of Compliance Inspection that failed for vista pruning. The COC is ready to <br /> be signed tonight. *The homeowner paid the fine and the Commissioners will be signing the COC <br /> that will apply to the new homeowners. He stated he understands it is not the new homeowners fault <br /> [Type here] <br />
