The septic <br /> system meets all title 5 requirements and being a flood area Mashpee Regulation 25 requires 20% <br /> minimum of the lot area be left in a natural state. <br /> The Agent reviewed the photos of the current lot. He recommended that the work limit be carefully <br /> designated. Also, the trees abutting the construction area be strapped. He said it does meet the <br /> performance standards for LSCSF. He reviewed the Board of Health comments that the plans <br /> have been approved for a conventional Title V system to accommodate a four bedroom dwelling. <br /> No comment from the public <br /> Motion: Mr. Sweet moved to Close and Issue with the condition the trees abutting the <br /> construction area be strapped, seconded by Mr. Smith.
