r <br /> Veronica layer informed the Conunittee that Mr. Halpern has <br /> made a request to be considered residential-timeshare and is <br /> challenging the determination of certain condominium projects. <br /> James Chisholm volunteered to compile a list of contact <br /> persons for Committee Members, as well as to prepare the letter <br /> and questionnaire on Conmittee stationery. <br /> David Leveille suggested some mention of DEP financial <br /> incentives be mentioned. <br /> There was some discussion regarding individual households <br /> with private trash pick-up/multiple collection dwellings. <br /> Veronica Mayer stated the Data sheet is a part of the <br /> 1 . . I . . Grant Application Program, and will determine the <br /> eligibility of grant monies. There was some discussion regarding <br /> eligibility criteria information required to be submitted b <br /> December 1, 1999, and May 15, 2000 . <br /> After some discussion regarding the discrepancy of figures, <br /> David Leveille suggested the new figures be presented with an <br /> explanation that the prior figures submittedvere inaccurate. <br /> Committee Members were in agreement that the Southport <br /> Condominium complex should be contacted. David Leveille asked <br /> whether or not neighborhood Associations should be approached <br /> as well . <br /> Veronica Mayer suggested Phil Goddard be invited to meet <br /> with the Conmiittee for the purpose of review of the grant <br /> application. <br /> Stephanie Jones asked if there would be any objection from <br /> the Committee Members if she were to discuss recycling matters <br /> with anyone who might be able to provide information and report <br /> her findings to back to the Committee. Theme were none. <br /> Veronica Mayer offered to share her subscription of <br /> "Resource Recycling Magazine" with anyone on the Committee who <br /> might be interested. <br /> In conclusion, David Leveille stated he would attempt to <br /> obtain some agreement on the population figures and to contact <br /> Rory Bonvie, Southport Condominiums, regarding the possible <br /> establishment of a recycling center. <br /> James Chisholm stated he would contact veronica Mayer to <br /> obtain whatever changes, if any, pertaining to the questionnaire <br /> in order to proceed, as well as to obtain names and telephone <br /> numbers of contact persons. <br /> -4- <br />
