Veronica Mayer invited Mr. Cassenelli to attend an upcoming <br /> meeting/public hearing of the haulers, Thursday, November 4, <br /> 1999, at Mashpee Town Hall. <br /> Mr. Cassenelli estimated a cost of between $60, 000 . o o and <br /> $ r000 . 00 . <br /> There was discussion about presenting budget items to the <br /> Board of Health for their approval and support. <br /> At this point the Chairman entertained a motion be made <br /> to request that a Recycling Committee item be included on the <br /> Board of Health agenda. <br /> MOTION-- Stephanie Jones made a Motion that the Recycling <br /> Committee would request placement on the Board of Health agenda <br /> for their next scheduled meeting for the purpose of discussing <br /> proposed recycling budget items; which Motion was duly secohded <br /> by David Leveille and so voted unanimously. <br /> Stephanie Jones commented there is no contract between the <br /> haulers and the Town for removing recycling materials, and that <br /> it has taken as long as ten days for newspaper materials to be <br /> removed. <br /> (Mr. Cassenelli left the meeting at this point, 7 : 38 p.m. ) <br /> Approval of Minute <br /> The Chairman entertained a motion be made for approval of <br /> the October 5, 1999 Minutes. <br /> MOTION: Fames Chisholm made a motion to approve the minutes <br /> of the October 5. 1999 Meeting as submitted; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by veronica Mayer and so voted unanimously. <br /> Agenda Items <br /> Reminder-Board of Health Public Hearing - Acknowledged; <br /> Buy Recycled vendor Fair Materials - Acknowledged; <br /> 1RIF Contract Agreement-F.Y. 2000 Acknowledged. <br /> Discussion <br /> Monitor Collection Day - veronica Mayer explained the <br /> suggestion has been made to conduct a monitor special collection <br /> day to include computer monitors, video games, etc. for disposal . <br /> Recycling Committee "Recycling Questionnaire 1991, - Prepared <br /> by James Chisholm was reviewed. <br /> _ _ <br />
