AP <br /> difficulty In returning to the entrance should someone want to <br /> deposit the cardboard container used to carry/deposit their other <br /> reyclables. <br /> Stephanie Jones inquired as to the safety of the compactors, <br /> and whether or not they need to be monitored. She also inquired <br /> as to who would be responsible for placing materials inside <br /> The Chairman clarified there would be an attendant on the <br /> premises who would operate the compactor by key, with a choice o <br /> either automatic or manual operation. <br /> There was discussion regarding the current arrangement of <br /> placing ,items on the tables provided for the purpose of sorting <br /> the recyclable materials. <br /> Stephanie Jones stated she would lake to see the cardboard <br /> container~ roved, noting additional monitoring will be required. <br /> She also questioned safety aspects in connection with the current <br /> location of the newspaper container. <br /> There was discussion regarding the location of the Salvation <br /> Army, Good Will, and Red Cross containers. <br /> David Leveil le suggested, if there are sufficient funds, <br /> running the power to the upper area of the site, in anticipation <br /> of future possible uses. He also suggested there is sufficient <br /> detail in the plan to enable the Committee to prepare the <br /> specifications. <br /> Adjournment <br /> Where being no further Recycling Committee business to <br /> address, the Chairman entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> MOTION: David Leveille made a Motion to adjourn the <br /> meeting,- which motion was seconded by Stephanie Jones and so <br /> noted unanimously. <br /> (The July 11, 2o0o Town of Mashpee Recycling Committee <br /> Meeting was thereupon dissolved at 8: 00 p.m.- ) <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> HenriettaD roangelis <br /> Board secretary <br />
