As property line <br /> variances are requested and construction of the soil Absorption System is right on the property line, the Board <br /> typically requires the property lines to be staked in the field by a land surveyor prior to construction. The <br /> designer did place a note on the plan. <br /> Mallory Langler made a motion that the Board of Health approve the proposed septic design plan for 41 Nick <br /> Trail with the proposed variances listed on the plan provided that a land surveyor stake the property lines <br /> adjacent to the proposed septic system prior to construction. Laurel Almquist seconded the motion. The motion <br /> was unanimously approved. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1: Review/Approve BOH Public session Minutes: December 14, 20170 <br /> Mallory Langler made a motion that the Board of Health approve the Public Session minutes of December 14, <br /> 017. Laurel Almquist seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved. <br /> 2. sanitary code Violations and Fines: 4 Tri-Town circle. <br /> Glen Harrington commented that Attorney Brian Wall requested to continue discussion on 4 Tri-Town circle to <br /> the next Board of Health meeting scheduled on February 1, 2018, dud-to a scheduling conflict. <br /> Mr. Harrington remarked that it is pertinent to determine if there are wetlands.near the property. The septic <br /> plan has been completed if a conventional septic system is to be installed. However, if there are wetlands <br /> within the area, the plan will need to be modified to reflect a denitrification system. <br /> Mallory Langler made a motion that the Board of.Health continue discussion on 4 Tri--Town Circle to the next <br /> Board of Health meeting scheddled on February 1, 2018. Laurel Almquist seconded the motion. The motion <br /> was unanimously approved. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. sign Expense Warrants. The Board members signed the expense warrants. <br /> . bequest for 2018 Food Service Permit: Falun C06 (Mashpee High school), <br /> Teri Harrington stated that the Director and high school staff of Mashpee High School have worked diligently <br /> to prepare a food establishment. The-appliationt menu, serge-safe certificate} allergy awareness-certificate <br /> and floor plan have been submitted for review and approval. The pre--operation inspection-has been performed. <br /> 1 ` <br />
