The Board and Mr. Harrington discussed the fee and inspection schedules. Parking and overcrowding are <br /> issues and should be included within the regulation. Trash is another problem that needs to be addressed. A <br /> registration of renters at the property should also be maintained. <br /> . r <br /> Mallory Dangler made a motion that the Board of Health enter into Executive Session to discuss the litigation <br /> for Blast Fitness. <br /> Rolf call vote: Mallory Langler, yes} Brian Baurngaertel, yes; Laurel Almquist, yes. <br /> Brian Baumgaertel made a motion that the Board of Health adjourn the Public Session, to enter into Executive <br /> Session, and not to return to the Public Session. Laurel Almquist seconded the motion. The motion was <br /> unanimously approved. <br /> NEXT MEETING <br /> The next meeting of the Board of Health is scheduled for Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at 7:00 PM. As there <br /> was no further business, Mallory Langler made a motion to adjourn the Public Session Meeting of the Board of <br /> Health at 8:04 PM I. Laurel Almquist seconded the motion.
