Review/Approve BOH Public session Minutes: ,January 18,.2018, and January 23, 2018. <br /> Mallory Langler rade a motion that the Board of Health approve the Public Session minutes of January 18, <br /> 018. Laurel Almquist seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved, <br /> M;�Ilory Langler made a motion that the Board of Health approve the Public Session Minutes of January 23, <br /> 018. Laurel Almquist seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously approved, <br /> 2, sanitary code Violations and Fires: 4 Tri--Town Circle. <br /> Glen Harrington stated that the last meeting regarding 4 Tri-Town Circle was December 14, 2017. According to <br /> Attorney wall, the septic plan was to be filed with the Conservation Commission to get the plan approved so <br /> the work could be done.within the buffer to the resource areas. The next meeting for the conversation <br /> Commission is scheduled for February 22, 2018. The test holes to confirm the soils in the area of the proposed <br /> Soil Absorption System were performed today. With that information, the plan should be finalized and <br /> submitted to both the Board of Health and the Conservation Commission. Now that the septic plan is near <br /> completion, the decision to reduce the'dwelling from five bedrooms to three bedrooms has been made. <br /> Therefore, timeframes for the reduction of the bedrooms must be established to satisfy the septic permit and <br /> compliance. - <br /> Brian Wall, attorney representing 4 Tri-Town circle, introduced himself to the Hoard. <br /> Attorney wall commented that Matt costa of Cape and Islands Engineering is preparing the Marr, Mr. Halpern, <br /> owner of 4 Tri-Town circle, needed to retain the services of a wetlands specialist to delineate the wetlands. Mr. <br /> Costa will now be filing the Request for Determination of Applicability with the conservation Commission. <br /> Attorney Wall stated that two issues also need to be addressed: one is the schedule for removal of the extra <br /> bedrooms, and the other are the fines that have been suspended during this timeframe. <br /> The Board and Mr. Harrington discussed the timeframes with Attorney wall. Mr. Harrington recommends a30- <br /> day window from February 22, 2018, for the installation of the septic system. They Discussed the time period <br /> for removal of the extra bedrooms since the septic system is approved for three bedrooms. The Board <br /> suggested a deed restriction for maintaining three bedrooms. The Board also discussed the fines and perhaps <br /> reducing there to a certain amount. If the timelines are not meta the fines will be raised back to the original <br /> amount. <br /> 4 ` <br /> 1 <br />
