Dr. DeMoura then <br /> read a memo from Board of Selectmen Chair games <br /> Vaccaro that said, "Town Counsel indicates that <br /> i tapes of meetings are public information and <br /> request to listen to such tapes (excluding executive <br /> rYEr` session) cannot be denied.
