Upcoming events include the Science Fair on March 24 alone with the jazz Concert for Grade ; the PTO Annual Spaghetti Supper will take place on March 25 at 5:00 p. . ; the Family Dance is set for March 18, as well a the Academy of Performing Art "Dancers as Athletes and Artists" on that same date, Mr. Feldman noted the after-school programs are coming to an end shortly with a special mention of the Sign Language program showing great interest. 5. 3 . 2 Middle School - Mrs. Phillips thanked art teacher Mrs. Hill, her staff, and head custodian Dick Purrier and maintenance worker George DeMello for the underwater world painting completed in her1 ' office. Upcoming happenings t the Middle School include the School Council will meet on March 9 t set their budgetary priorities as requested by the School committee ; the Spelling Bee is currently underway; Parent' s Appreciation Dance on March 25 ; the Jr . Honor Society will visit the JFK Museum on March 1 * the Ski Club will travel to Sunday River on March 19th and 20th; the Child 'beam efforts are continuing; and there will be a Single Parents Meeting on March Be . 4 Monthly FY94 Bud et Update - Mrs, Dunivan asked - about when the remaining monies will. be _given t the school physician. Dr. DeMoura responded at the end of the school year; in hopes of located more money, Mrs. Dunivan questioned the $1 ,900 in the computer education supplies account. Dr. DeMoura said that usually at this time of year, we go out for bids on common supplies, art supplies, computer supplies, custodial supplies and physical education supplies, however this year a will only purchase pp• supplies due to the physical education and computer pp financial situation.
