This <br /> excess debt amendment was needed because of concern that all <br /> of the town's kevenues would be spent on construction of the <br /> new school, thus reducing monies to other departments* Dr, <br /> Deioura stressed that only Mashee and Bourne were the only <br /> two communities in the state that were affected by this <br /> amendment. <br /> Also, the town can expect about $24,000 from the state in <br /> uncapping the state lottery revenues , as well as monies <br /> from Chapter 90 , and a large windfall from state-awned land <br /> due to Otis Air Force Base, Mr. Rauschenbach thought. <br /> The meeting adjourned on a motion by lis.
