Robbin Coss - Mrs. Coss asked how many School, Committee <br /> Public members had viewed "Time Out., " Mrs.. Dunivan responded <br /> Forum that Ms. Gibbs had seen it. Mrs. Coss expressed distress <br /> that fifth grade children saw this fila this year as well as <br /> last year. She said that Mrs. Jean Bess, Health Teacher, <br /> used poor judgment in showing this video and stressed that <br /> her children will not be a part of Mrs. Bess 's health <br /> classes now or in the future. lairs. Dunivan said the <br /> Committee was aware of the contents of the video and were <br /> unhappy with its showing. <br /> Peter Diniio - Mr. Diniio spoke as a parent who expressed <br /> concern of the requested school budget funds being denied at <br /> Town Meeting and wondered how this will reflect in class <br /> size. He questioned if the the children will be short- <br /> changed clue to lack of attention and recommended that the <br /> Committee use their discretion and be aware of class size. <br /> Iv, 4 . 1 School Committee k <br /> Conununications <br /> 4 . 1. 1 Correspondence from Mr. and Mrs. Mark McGuire dated <br /> April 20, 199 - Dr. DeMoura summarized this letter <br /> regarding concern over the kindergarten program* The <br /> lcuires had hoped that the Committee reconsider thein <br /> decision and hold a half-day program. Mrs. Dunivan asked } <br /> the Committee how they felt regarding the kindergarten <br /> program. Dr. Petti felt that the sane policy adhered to <br /> last year should be repeated this year. Mr. Consalvi, once <br /> again, said he favored the full day everyday program. Mrs. <br /> Dunivan stated that unless 20 students sign up for the half- <br /> ay program, afull-day everyday program will continue. <br /> 4 *2 Use of Facilities - Dr. De ou a informed the Committee on <br /> the following request for facility usage: <br /> 4 . 1.2 Falmouth Bache Fruth League, -Ing. - ,Middle School. Ballfiel.d <br /> May 1-July 4 , 1994. This request was approved with the 1 <br /> understanding that Falmouth Babe Ruth will be coordinate ! <br /> with the requests from the iashpee Little League and Mashpee <br /> Babe Ruth leagues. <br /> Due to guest participation, Mrs.. Duni an asked if 7 .6 "Cape <br /> Cod Community College Television services' could be moved up <br /> on the agenda. The Committee agreed, <br /> At this point, audio-visual technician Michael.
