She also inquired into haying a public relations person on the Committee. These ideas will he -discussed during the summer. IT on a Motion by Mr. Consalvi that was seconded by Dr. Pett. , Approval of the minutes of the special meeting of April 26, 1994 were Minutes approved. VOTE: Unanimous On a potion by Dr. Petti, seconded by Mr. Consalvi, the minutes of the regular meeting of May 4, 1994 were approved. VOTE: Unanimous On a motion by Mr. Consalvi, seconded by Dr. Petti, the minutes of the executive session of May 4 , 1994 were approved. VOTE: Unanimous IST. Donna McCuish questioned the half-day kindergarten responses Public for next year and how many parents had expressed an interest Forum in the sending their child to the half day program* Dr. DeMoura said that a letter had been seat to parents just the day before and that no responses had been received as yet. Mrs. McCuish said she hopes there will be a half-day program in the fall of 1994 . Kathleen Lee asked about the reorganization and if the hours for the after school activities would remain the same with the same activities available that currently exist. Dr. DeMoura said he has hopes to accommodate the same activities with the hours approximately the sane. Mar Kate O'Brien questioned the reo�rgani tion plan and if kindergarteners will be riding the same bus with Grade 5 and 6 students.
