Some of the concerns <br /> that will be discussed are : <br /> .will the person work for the Executive Secretary or the Board o <br /> Selectmen? <br /> i <br /> ,what is the advantage of having a Haman resource Director? Does the <br /> town need a Direc-tor and w'111 the person earn his/her }peep? What <br /> will the Director do for the town? <br /> .why can ' t Department Heads come to Personnel? <br /> Joe Dellagala commented that the Personnel Board could do a good j'ob . <br /> He said that he does not see an advantage to hiring a Human Resource <br /> Director. i <br /> Personnel Liaisons <br /> The Personnel Administrator asked the Board members to think about <br /> what departments they would like to be l iai.sons to . Joe indicated <br /> that Building, Planning, and D.P.W. are departments that -he would <br /> like, Bob Sullivan mentioned that he has interest in the Harbo r- <br /> ma t r, Shellfish, and Leisure Service Departments . No action taken. <br /> Articles for Town Meeting <br /> The Personnel Administrator reminded the Board that they still needed <br /> to decide about articles for Town Meeting relative to additional <br /> steps for Appendix B of the Personnel Administration Plan and <br /> Longevity, <br />
