Schuyler Wires seconded the motion . All in favor. <br /> Election of Officers <br /> Marcia Lindsey nominated Joe Dellagala a s Chairman to the Personnel <br /> Board . Schuyler wires seconded the motion . All in favor. Joe accepted <br /> the nomination . Schuyler ires nominated Marcia Lindsey as Clerk to the <br /> Board . Joe Dellagala seconded the motion . All in favor. <br /> Resignation of Board Members and e-- ointment of Members <br /> Bob Sullivan and Leo Turo resigned from their appointments as Board <br /> members effective June 309 <br /> The reappointments of two Board members , Joe De . l agala and Maric Lindsey, <br /> needed to he addressed . The Board voted to submit a letter to the Board <br /> f Selectmen recommending that Marcia Lindsey and Joe Dellagala be <br /> reappointed to serve on the Personnel Board for a three-year term each . <br /> Reorganization Request -- Memo from Town Clergy. <br /> The Board reviewed a memo dated May 13 from Jane Labute f Town Clerk <br /> asking that each Board submit the reorganization of their board to her <br /> office including a.ddress'e s and phone numbers . The Personnel Administra- <br /> tor tra- <br /> tor will fallow up on this request . <br /> Interviews for Local Ins ector <br /> Bill Hauck, the Building Inspector,' assisted the Board in conducting <br /> interviews for the position of Local Inspector, The following candidate <br /> were interviewed : John Denaro, Steven Shuman, Edward Gawl e. Stan Tettke, i <br /> Richard Graham, Rick Whited and B .W . Martin . . Candidates were advised <br /> that the position was part-time ( 15 hours weekly) and that the rate of <br /> 'Pay was $ 12 . 74 an hour. They were also advised that the position does <br /> not have any benefits . The job requirements were reviewed with each <br /> candidate and the background of each candidate was reviewed as it related <br /> to the qualifications of the position . After the interview process, the <br /> Board narrowed down the selection to conduct background checks on the <br /> following applicants ; Ed Gawle, Stan Tettke and Steven Shuman . <br /> Personnel Liaisons <br /> The Board deferred taking action in assigning members as ' liaisons t <br /> various departments until they have a full Board . <br />
