They may have changes to stake after that . The employee edits <br /> their own job descriptions . . <br /> Chairman Dellagala mentioned that he would like to have training for the <br /> department staff along with the methodology for updating positions . Meg <br /> indicated that they could provide some training . <br /> The Personnel Administrator mentioned that the Treasurer asked that her <br /> position and the Town Clerk position be r view d in the study . Meg <br /> indicated that it would not be a problem to include a few more . <br /> Meg was advised that the Town would be sending out a Request for, Proposal . <br /> She indicated that the M .M . A . would respond . Meg left the meeting at this <br /> point . <br /> Bob advised the Board that the Request for Proposal would have to have <br /> complete details . It would need to be published in the newspaper for two <br /> weeks # Criteria listing what would be Highly Advantageous was also <br /> needed . Details were di.cu s d by the Board which they wanted included in <br /> the RFP such as a project start and completion -date, Interviewing all <br /> employees, minimum weekly contact by the firm, initial orientation with <br /> department heads and employees, personal contact with Personnel Board, <br /> Department Heads, and employees, a minimum of ten salary and reclassifi- <br /> cation studies in Massachusetts, training along with methodology, computer <br /> software to- maintain. the system,.. and the Methodology for determining the <br /> best price . <br /> 5 <br /> Meeting adjourned at l : ll P .
