Willard <br /> �oT1l � Mr. Abbott � <br /> seconded the motion. 3 yes, 1 abstain <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> { <br /> lr�n h ad Peasibili Study-Committee members had been in receipt of the draft <br /> 950 Pa ou t <br /> feasibility report from Horsley Witten, There was discussion regarding units totaling 1,600 square feet <br /> a <br /> that appeared in the study. Mr. Abbott ott suggested the possibility that a decreased unit size may allow <br /> for an increase in number of units. Comments on the draft were being accepted b Mr. Taylor to pass <br /> that a presentation would tale lace at the Committee <br /> s�1�Iarch <br /> on t�Brian uc�.ar. �t was anticipated � � <br /> meeting, There was discussion about age restricted housing versus age restricted.units. Mr. Abbott <br /> noted that Community Builder's had indicated that they had good success marketing three bedroom <br /> units.., adding that they likely would not bid on developments offering j ust 30 units. It was reported that <br /> the site had been addressed as 0 Coope-Street, according to 911 Coordinator Clay Nicholson. A street <br /> name chap a re uest vias approved b y the Planning Board, s o as to avoid confusi on with the ori <br /> g ginal <br /> Cross Street similar to another street 4n 11 as kr e . Mr. Taylor reported that Mr. Kuchar had contacted <br /> him, suggesting that the Town may wish to have him complete the 21E Designation, or Phase I <br /> Environmental Study, to provide additional information to a potential developer. Mr. Taylor suggested <br /> i <br /> that the additional study could be funded, should there be contingency funds still available, <br /> MOTION: Mr' Willard made a motion to fund the 21E Studyby Horsley Witten provided there <br /> were enough h funds in the contingency. Mir. Abbott seconded the motion.. The attorney representing South Cape village requested a copy of the <br /> study and Mr. Taylor responded that they would receive a copy of the final report.
