See project data below listed under NEW BUSINESS <br /> COMMUNICATIONS&CORRESPONDENCE <br /> BOS Letter Trucked in Sand(SPB1—Administrative Approval <br /> Drew McManus is working on an MOU with Town Counsel between SPB and the Town to cover <br /> what's required of both parties to assure the Administrative Approval process will work for both parties. <br /> MWC Articles May Town Meeting Warrant <br /> Two Articles have been submitted to the BOS office for inclusion in the May Town Meeting <br /> Warrant. One is regarding creation of a dredging channel from the Falmouth mid Waquoit Bay <br /> channel to our Little River/Great River channel. From Little River/Great River channel to <br /> Hamblin Pond entrance and from Little River/Great River channel to Town Ramp and entrance <br /> to Jehu Pond. $19,000.00 has been requested be transferred from the Waterways Fund. <br /> The second Article is to transfer funds to cover the costs of materials, hardware and equipment <br /> for the Harbormasters office to maintain and provide safety in our Waquoit Bay and <br /> Popponesset Bay channels. $25,000.00 has been requested be transferred from the Waterways <br /> Fund. <br /> Cavossa Dock Replacement Plan Approval. The MWC reviewed the Plan and discussed same <br /> noting the new float/dock extends too far out into the Little River restricting space for vessels to <br />
