See project data below listed under NEW BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS&CORRESPONDENCE BOS Letter Trucked in Sand(SPB1—Administrative Approval Drew McManus is working on an MOU with Town Counsel between SPB and the Town to cover what's required of both parties to assure the Administrative Approval process will work for both parties. MWC Articles May Town Meeting Warrant Two Articles have been submitted to the BOS office for inclusion in the May Town Meeting Warrant. One is regarding creation of a dredging channel from the Falmouth mid Waquoit Bay channel to our Little River/Great River channel. From Little River/Great River channel to Hamblin Pond entrance and from Little River/Great River channel to Town Ramp and entrance to Jehu Pond. $19,000.00 has been requested be transferred from the Waterways Fund. The second Article is to transfer funds to cover the costs of materials, hardware and equipment for the Harbormasters office to maintain and provide safety in our Waquoit Bay and Popponesset Bay channels. $25,000.00 has been requested be transferred from the Waterways Fund. Cavossa Dock Replacement Plan Approval. The MWC reviewed the Plan and discussed same noting the new float/dock extends too far out into the Little River restricting space for vessels to
