MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> JUNE 13,2018 <br /> Mr. Kirrane concluded that the abutter's dwelling is setback only 19 ft. from Beach Road. <br /> The lot coverage is only 14%,and because of the topography there is sufficient data for the <br /> Board to grant the appropriate requested relief. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read an abutter letter into the record and is in favor of the application. <br /> Sharon read the Conservation comments into the record. <br /> Mr. Goldstein read the Board of Health and Inspection Department comments into the <br /> record. <br /> Mr. Noyes addressed the Board and said he would like the garage for protection from the <br /> storms. <br /> There were no more comments from the Board or audience. <br /> Mr. Bonvie made a motion to issue a Variance to Arthur F.Noyes of the front yard setback <br /> based on the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Board has determined that the applicant meets all the conditions of a Variance <br /> under Mass General Law 40A Section 10. <br /> 2. Site Plan.—Existing Site Survey, 5 Beach Road, Mashpee, MA. The Board issues a Variance due to block constraints and it's a corner lot. The <br /> zoning requirement is 25 ft., and the applicant is requesting 17.4 ft, and the Board <br /> issued a 7.6 ft.
